Vastu shashtra since ancient times has been an integral part of Indian Architecture, we strive to incorporate these scientific principles in our designs as well, aiding the residents to make their house a Home. This rectangular plot of 2400 sqft, a residence with a footprint of 4000 sqft is designed wherein the indoor public spaces are integrated with the outdoors. The centrally aligned staircase cabin acts as transitional space from the public to the private zones. The first level projects out transforming into an extended covered balcony for the Master bedroom, this horizontal slab line climbs down the residence via multiple vertical lines accentuating the verticality and enveloping the building from three sides.

Designed for three generations, timeless timber elements coalesce with modern elements and furnishings connects and transforms the residence into a warm household. The ground floor is given over to generous communal spaces. On the upper floor of the home are the family's bedrooms and the outdoor terraces.
