This project surely has taught them to keep bettering ourselves not only in design, but in business, in perseverance. Tasveer House comprises of a Printing setup, a functioning uptown office and a go-down at the top in a rather run down and infra deficit textile compound. They managed to create this oasis which has now surely turned heads of stopping and observing among passersby.

Client who has been a well-established and well-travelled person approached them for his new Digital Printing Press along with a Corporate Office had a full 2 decade long vision in front of him The generation printing business needed an expansion in terms of space and people, with 75 years into business, the clients desired to have Spaces that would be private yet have the transparency with Cabins and there workspaces adjacent to them respectively Director’s Cabin, Accounts head , Creative head and Founder’s cabin. The office had requirement of common dining area and the façade that would depict the boldness and firmness that creates a landmark.

Significant works were undertaken to renovate the building exterior facade and reconfigure the interior. The building extends over three levels to accommodate the employee stay area on upper levels. The Reception area welcomes visitor with blue hues and floral mural tiles on flooring, First floor is the corporate office, where visitor encounters a corridor with mushroom ceiling and ambient lighting to enter the main office. A large area with clean glass partitions reveals the inner workings. Conference Room, private cabin, and ancillary spaces inhabit open-plan workspaces, the design wraps around along the exterior wall with good daylight distribution.

The storage and functional areas are all planned meticulously and are governed by ease of maintenance. Adequate storage also ensures that circulation paths are kept clean and clutter-free, and all items, such as the massive material library and other reference resources, are catalogued neatly.
