This bungalow, designed by CK Architects, is located in the tiny town of Khambhda, near Chikhli, and occupies 15,000 square feet area. It is for a family who lives in Texas, United States of America. They sought lavish and enormous accommodations. At the same time, they aspired that the spaces be connected to the living area. The client preferred elegant and contemporary designs with livable areas. As a byproduct, the designs were well-considered, striking the ideal blend of sophistication, efficacy, and versatility. The home is two stories high, and all the spaces are planned according to Vastu.

The elevation is designed with the play of masses by projecting the balcony by 15 feet on the first floor. The wall cladding is done with the use of natural stone. Onyx stone is used in the main entrance wall because of its translucent quality, which serves to guide the backlight and create an exquisite and awe inspiring atmosphere. A wooden door, on the other hand, is employed as a contrasting feature to reduce the brightness to its optimum capability.
