The site is rectangular in shape and located in a suburban society Heera Enclave of Modinagar. The brick house is a 5 BHK (G+1) structure as per client requirements, consisting of 5 bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen with double-height, and family area. The client’s requirements and the site context were the two major aspects while making the plans for this house. The site will be packed with houses in the future, so the house has been built, keeping in mind the privacy of the clients.

The concept of designing was to keep it minimal and open for light as well, as ventilated. The house is planned in such a way that every space lookout for the green spaces created in the offset of a site. Because of the big windows house is well lighten up in a day, resulting in less consumption of the electricity.

The site has two entrances, one is the main entrance and the second is the service entry. Both look similar, as per the design. The site is open from the northeast side, that is, the front of the house. One of the crucial aspects was to retain the existing vegetation. This helps us out in creating a buffer and also added a beautiful aesthetic to the house

The facade is treated with exposed brickwork and grey & white paint finish with glass in the openings. Brick is the main element of the facade because of the love for natural materials. It is also giving it a striking effect. The design elements are created on the facade like water spouts at the balcony and light punctures on the wall.

The existing palm tree at the front is giving the facade an elegant look and adding up the green color to the color palate. The facade is well lit up at night with the help of warm white lights, which gives it a pretty royal elegance look. The house is designed as a contemporary modern house while using only linear lines for the minimal look.
