As the name depict, they did the spatial planning in linear arrangement. They gave minimum setback at rear and both sides thus attaining maximum frontage. Large linear sitout resting on steel pillars to give a wide open feel to the front. For elevation natural stone was used for cladding and Natural Laterite tile was given inbetween which gave a unique pattern. Top balcony was given small M.S tubes which is convertible to open windows. No pillars were given in between to feel spacious.

Living and Dining was separated by natural plants thus avoiding another partition design or wall. The green plants added theme to whole concept of pastel colour. To the North wall they gave terracotta Jalie bricks and southern wall fall open sliding windows which gave proper cross ventilation. To the east-west door openings given. There is a sitout, living room, dining room, Patio, Kitchen, Work area and One Bedroom with dresser and attached toilet at ground floor and Family Living Room and Two Bedroom attached with balcony and open terrace at first floor.
