The house wasbuiltin the 1900’sand itwasa pure blend ofcolonialand local architecture. To restore the house withoutdisturbing the existing elementsand character,while improving overall utility was the challenge faced. The traditional Christian bungalow was situated in the midst of rubber plantations and had a strong history and culture to it. The usage of natural materials like Kota stone, teakwood,leather finished granites helped to preserve the authentic nature of the space.

Suitable techniqueswere used to improve the utilityofservice areaslike kitchen without hampering the traditional architecture feel. The color palette used is earthy which blended well with the surroundings.
