When the clients decided to build a house, they followed the idea of an income-generating house and implemented it. The available land is less than five cents, and the house has two floors. The homeowner's main interest was to have both floors function as independent units. Two units, each with a master bedroom, a kid's room, a kitchen and a common area, were planned for both the upper and lower floors. The position of the stairway was designed to allow access from both the interior and the car porch so that both units function hassle free.

The elevation design was crafted with special consideration for privacy, as the plot is small. The upper bedrooms are positioned directly above the lower ones. To ensure that views from the neighboring plot do not reach the master bedrooms, screens have been provided. There aren't many buildings at the front of the house, allowing for enjoyable views from the balconies.

The kitchen features a blend of dark gray and wood tones, with handmade tiles used as a backsplash to add a distinctive touch. Marine plywood with mica finish is used for the cabinetry, and the bronze-finished sink and washbasin offer a hint of luxury. The space beneath the stairs was incorporated into the kitchen area. This design element helps maximize space without any loss.

The master bedroom balcony features a foldable steel screen which buffers direct views when closed. The interior and exterior have been designed in a minimalist theme. White and gray are the two primary colors, complemented by teal green for the steel framework and railings. Brick cladding acts as a feature element in highlighting walls. UPVC windows and steel doors are used for the building.

To create a sense of more space within the interior, the living, dining, and kitchen areas were arranged in an open style. The dining area was distinguished by handmade design tiles. The interior is made by incorporating fluted glass designs, Rattan weaved furniture, and teal green upholstery.

The upper bedrooms are positioned directly above the lower ones, with room locations planned according to the overall house layout. Both master bedrooms feature bay windows. Sliding doors are used for wardrobes to maximize space efficiency.

An office room was arranged on the upper floor with a separate entrance from the landing of the stairs. This office room, located above the porch, features a library and sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony.

Due to the small plot, there isn't much space for a yard, and privacy is also a concern. The area leading outside from the dining room was converted into a small courtyard. When the sliding doors are opened, it creates a sense of spaciousness. The courtyard plays a significant role in illuminating the dining area.
