The 329 sqft carpet area comprises of an engineering office with an integrated material palate and urbane interior. Exposed wall textures with highlighting wooden panels running across the wall give a symbolic element to the space.
The functional separation is provided by glass partition enabling visual comfort and synthesis of aesthetic details. The fundamental concept is to incorporate the site components in design visuals and bring liveliness to the function. Client being engineer, Igirder is used to support the director's table in uplifting the structure and bringing a raw contemporary look to the furniture. A rare view of the TMT bar ceiling with wood is complementing the corten steel partition over the entrance, serving the raw aesthetics in finished form.
While the office serves the view to the beautiful skyline of the city, the vibrant tapestry of sofa with bold workstation and highlighting art pieces hanging over the wall adds refinement to the space. The fabric of the curtains allows indirect sunlight to lighten the floor and maintain the tone of the design.
For partitioning the director’s room, a glass curtain with a bold wooden door and metal handle forms fine detailing with customized environs. The clean ceiling with wooden framed profile lights brings unity to the area and fulfills the modern contemporary lookbook.
Raw material palate with a tint of vibrant elements and a soothing atmosphere to work is all that our client needed for the perfect productive work environment.
