Architect Vihar S Fadia has brought to life a luxurious three-story bungalow in Ahmedabad, seamlessly blending modern design elements with functional elegance. Set on a 4000-square-foot plot, this residence embodies the epitome of sophisticated living, tailored to meet the client's desire for both opulence and practicality.

The bungalow’s facade immediately captures attention with its contemporary elevation, featuring dark grey textures and Italian stone cladding complemented by sleek fabrications. This modern exterior sets the stage for the grandeur inside, starting with the imposing teak wood and brass main door, which offers a majestic entrance to the home. Upon entering, visitors are welcomed by a vestibule adorned with a stretch ceiling, leading to the breathtaking double-height dining area.

This dining area, a centerpiece of the design, showcases a stunning 20-foot CNC Italian marble stone cladding that accentuates its vertical expanse. The grandeur of this space is further enhanced by the view of a serene waterfall and a splash pool, seamlessly integrating nature into the indoor environment. Adjacent to the dining area is the living room, which features a sophisticated combination of veneer and mirrors, creating an inviting and stylish space. The ground floor also includes a well-appointed kitchen with solid rubber wood shutters and profile shutters, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality. The bedroom on this level features a hidden attached toilet, enhancing the seamless and sophisticated interior design.
