Dr. Ashoora's advanced multi-specialty dentistry is designed with the  dream of creating a serene and untroubled ambience inside the clinic. The project is the refurbishment of a retail space. Located in the rural town of Edavannapara, the clinic stands unique in its design and perception of the idea of a clinic. The idea of the project is to steer away from the normal stressful healthcare environment by providing a more peaceful and clear atmosphere.

The clinic includes a reception lobby, operatories, consulting rooms, and other service rooms within an area of 894 square feet. The space itself takes the character of openness by visually connected interior spaces. The reception lobby takes a soft image compared with the other areas in the clinic, making it more hospitable and available. The blurred edges of the furnishing which includes the reception table, shelf even the ceiling add the character. While the reception area is taking a delicate image, the operatories take a rectilinear image showing the precision and concentration required in the space. Rather than taking individual closed spaces ,an open examination hall is designed to achieve a larger vision of space which also makes the circulation easier. This also acts as multifunctional spaces as per the requirement of the doctor. The whole space is lit by a series of round ceiling lights that freely flow all around the space.

The color theme and material plays a major role in creating this space.  The sense of purity is achieved through white painted walls and flooring. The teak finish furnishings are provided in contrast to the white color. The green color adds harmony to  the pleasantness of white in the space. The use of simple colors, lighting and material creates a friendly space with the necessity of hygiene appropriate to a dental clinic.
