The transformation
involved redefining the residential typology using geometric box form, with
green color corrugated façade accentuated by yellow fenestrations, visually
floating above the stone filled gabion walls.
Exterior stone wall
characterised by the antique chettinad door opens into the grey stone paved
frontyard with vintage victorian white ornate wrought iron chair seating and
the wooden finished canopy leading into the vibrant interiors with a meditating
metal buddha as the focal point.
Interior material
pallette is inspired by retro bohemian style with textured walls, tropical
interior plants, pastel color scheme, macrame wall hangings and jute products
along with accent antique furniture to impart the retro feel.
The boho narrative
continues on to the rest of the spaces and the general positive vibe along with
meanigful connections with the antique furniture elevate the total spatial
experience making the transformed home a creative space as desired by the
celebrity owner.
