Located in the suburban area of Tumkuru city, this house is expanded over a generous plot area of 4800 sqft. The family desired for a comfortable, functional and spacious abode. Thus the intention of the design pivoted on making the spatial planning across different purpose driven areas across three levels. The car porch and the verandah segue in a double height entrance foyer giving a hint towards the formal living area. The ambience is deliberately kept natural, simple and calming. 

Various materials and different textures have been casted across the house to give each space its unique character while holding on to the concept of unbreakable bond throughout the house. The bright and airy rooms have their own charm with clean lines and fuss free approach with subtle elegance. An attempt has been made to create an infinite sense of space with framed views of exteriors giving the occupants the chance to enjoy serene vistas. The planning included versatility multiple usages for friends, family and children. Thus ‘Bani ‘ is the perfect retreat at the end of a long day at work where they can relax and rejuvenate and connect with each other.
