Located in Mastichak, Sara, Bihar, this visionary project sets a global benchmark as the world’s first Centre of Excellence in Eye Care in a rural area. Guided by the client’s ambition to transform healthcare accessibility, the design prioritizes sustainability by incorporating locally sourced materials and employing local manpower, fostering both environmental and community upliftment. A standout feature of the design is the central reception hall, a space that seamlessly blends functionality with architectural elegance. Despite challenges, the project was completed within an ambitious timeline of 18 months, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to precision and perseverance.
