The project’s core vision revolves around the meticulous programming of the land to offer diverse landscape experiences. From lush fruit orchards to thriving organic farming plots, from serene forests to enchanting floral trails and sensory walks, every facet of the retreat intertwines with nature's embrace.

At the heart of the retreat lies a commitment to harmonizing the private and public realms. Extending beyond the confines of the house, the landscape seamlessly merges with the dwelling's exterior. A tranquil lake, a sprawling swimming pool deck, and expansive party lawns serve as extensions of the family's refuge, inviting both introspection and celebration. This project stands as a testament to the art of land utilization, fostering a robust ecological oasis while honoring native species and preserving a precious water body.

The architectural focal point of the retreat is a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom unit, meticulously crafted to delineate between served and servant spaces. Intimate courtyards punctuate the dwelling, weaving a tapestry of coziness within the private realm. With a total build-up area of 7000 square feet, the residence beckons with its understated elegance and functional design.

On the ground floor, living and dining spaces seamlessly transition to a sprawling verandah that spills onto the main congregational lawn. Two bedrooms on this level are surrounded in tranquility, their vistas are framed fruit orchards and deck interfaces. Ascending to the upper floor reveals a lounge area extending to a terrace, offering panoramic views of the sprawling party lawn below. Two additional bedrooms, overlooking the orchards, beckon with serenity and repose.

The architectural language of the retreat speaks volumes, marrying exposed concrete and brick with a timeless elegance. Each brick bond casts intricate shadows on the walls, adding depth and character to the structure. Simplicity reigns supreme, with a design ethos rooted in functionality and a seamless integration with the surrounding landscape.
