The Abode 1802, nestled in the middle of the city, is home to a young couple and their child. A blend of sleek lines, soothing tones of white and beige alongside a pop of colour in each room, makes the space very lively and welcoming to live in. The house comprises 2 Master Bedrooms, 1 Den with Bar, living and dining space. Functionality of the space and making it very appealing for regular social gatherings were the two key factors

considered while we designed this house. The look and feel of the apartment was largely driven by the clients expectations and our design expertise. Large floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the house , providing a view of the cityscape and greenery outside.

The spatial layout was carefully planned while designing the home. One enters the house directly into the living room which has an uninterrupted view of the city skyline. The Den room is a multi functional room which has the Home theater set up and the bar set up. A young adult son’s bedroom on the left and the master bedroom at the end of the house makes the movement in the house very smooth.

The living room denotes a modern, well furnished space with a minimalist design. The sofa seating adds elements of color to the light walls finished with multiple grooves and curved mouldings. The ceiling has a recessed design with integrated lighting and metal strip in brass colour. The room overall has a neutral and calming color palette with shades of blue, green beige giving it a sophisticated and cozy feel.

Master bedroom design depicts a contemporary feel to the bedroom. Each storage space in the bedroom is carefully planned and designed keeping the requirements from the client in mind. Hanging pendant lights with glass accents are suspended from the ceiling on both sides of the bed adding a very modern touch to the space. The room’s color palette combines neutral tones with pops of Salmon pink, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.

The Den room has a solid wood flooring which complements the overall color scheme of the room and makes it warm and cozy. The tv unit and the bar unit finished in a shade of green PU adds a touch of minimalism to the space. The bar unit has tall fluted glass shutters with brass metal frame and ambient light inside. The entire ceiling in the room has grooves which add a lot of character to the space. Overall the space feels contemporary and inviting, with a balance of functionality and aesthetics.

Overall the home focuses on simplicity, functionality and a clutter-free environment. It emphasizes clean lines , neutral colours and a sense of openness.
