Imagine stepping into the warm embrace of 9.16 NORTH, a delightful abode within the rubber plantations of Kodumon in Kerala. With its cozy Tropical modern vibe, Tropical Narratives offers the perfect and ideal habitat for young couple seeking a memorable getaway with their daughter.

The main concept behind this design is centered around promoting strong family bonds within a comfortable living environment. The layout of the house has been thoughtfully planned to strike a balance between communal family interactions and personal privacy. With a strong focus on ensuring privacy, security, and ample natural light, this two-story home offers a range of features. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a family room, a guest living room, patios, and a sit-out area. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a utility area, and a study area. By strategically zoning the space into private, public, and semi-public areas, this design allows for varying degrees of interaction and visual connections between the upper and lower sections of the house.

An integral part of this concept is the incorporation of a courtyard, which serves as a link between the public and semi-public zones. This courtyard not only adds a serene and calming element but also enhances the flow between the formal living spaces and the more communal areas. The accomplished spatial configuration successfully balanced togetherness and privacy, creating a harmonious and functional living environment for the residents. Each design element was thoughtfully considered to ensure that the space catered to the specific needs and aspirations of the clients while adhering to the principles of tropical modernism and minimalism. The kitchen is modular with white and teal with wooden texture flooring.

This improved the overall living experience and reduced reliance on artificial lighting and climate control.
